“For Assistance, Ask Zuri”Safaricom announces closure shops nairobi for one day

Safaricom explained that the closure of its shops in Nairobi would enable its staff to gather for an internal staff event. The company noted its Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) shop would remain open during the period. Safaricom has apologised to its customers but noted those with issues can ask Zuri or visit any of its dealers in Nairobi.

In a notice posted on its social media pages, the telco, however, noted its Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) shop would remain open during the period. Safaricom explained that the closure would enable its staff to gather for an internal staff event. “Kindly note that all shops in Nairobi, excluding JKIA, will remain closed on Friday, October 6. Normal services will resume on Saturday, October 7”   

However they noted, ”For further assistance, ask Zuri or visit your nearest Safaricom dealer. We apologise for any inconvenience caused,” Safaricom stated. They noted that normal services will resume on Saturday 06/10/2023.
