Rigorous judging criteria, encompassing UI design, animations, content creativity, onboarding experience, and overall user satisfaction, underscored BrighterMonday’s commitment to delivering an exceptional mobile app experience.
The award honours the top mobile app platforms in the country.
“This award is a testament to our dedication to transforming the job search and recruitment landscape in Kenya,”
Erick Wilson Wafula, Head of Marketing for East Africa at BrighterMonday, said.
“The BrighterMonday Jobs App reflects our commitment to providing a seamless and effective platform for job seekers and employers alike,” he added.
“It is an honor to be recognized for our efforts, and this award reaffirms BrighterMonday’s position as a leader in technological innovation within the industry.”
The award marks BrighterMonday’s fifth of the year.
The firm, which started off as a job listing platform, expanded its mandate last year to offer more HR-related services, including executive recruitment, outsourcing, and impact project partnerships, the latter in collaboration with key development partners such as GIZ and USAID.
“What app wakes you in the morning? The Kenyan app ecosystem is thriving, with a growing number of innovative apps addressing various aspects of society from financial to impact to people,”
Denis Githinji, Head of Operations, CX, and Telesales at BrighterMonday, added.
“The recently concluded Mobile App Awards highlighted the ingenuity and talent of Kenyan developers.”
