The Kilifi Governor Hon Gideon Mungaro is accused of Planning to purchase a Revenue Management Collection System Form M/S Aden Contractors Company
He wants to spend Ksh. 103 Million to purchase a revenue collection system. He has also entered into a contract with the seller Aden Contractors to take a 25% cut out of the revenue they collect using that system. This is a bad deal for the county!
